Once the account deletion request is verified, ChatterStars will permanently delete all personal information associated with the user account. This includes but is not limited to:

– Encrypted password
4. Data Erasure Timeline:
ChatterStars will make reasonable efforts to complete the account deletion process and erase associated personal information within 14 business days from the date of the verified request.
5. Retention of Non-Personal Information:
ChatterStars may retain non-personal information for legal or administrative purposes, such as transaction records, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Communication:
Users will be notified via the email address associated with their account once the account deletion process is complete. The email will confirm the successful deletion of personal information.
7. Recovery of Deleted Information:
Once the account deletion process is complete, ChatterStars will not be able to recover the deleted personal information. Users who wish to rejoin ChatterStars will need to create a new account.
8. Exceptions:
ChatterStars reserves the right to retain and process personal information as required by law, to protect the rights and safety of other users, or to address any ongoing legal or security issues.
9. Changes to the Account Deletion Policy:
ChatterStars may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes through their registered email addresses or via the ChatterStars platform.
